Continuing with regular yoga nidra practice #507215
Healing my back that I injured last week doing overcoming isometrics (dumb on my part). Which I've been tackling with proper rest (yoga nidra), red light therapy, low intensity exercise to promote blood flow, and hot baths also to promote better circulation.
Getting prepared to absolutely dominate this upcoming football season!

Other than Fiat mining job, I am moving apps and wallets to a new phone. High fee environment has me waiting for channel closures for self-custody LN wallets Zeus and Blixtwallet.

Custodial is convenient until you lose your funds!

Purging things. I am moving so it's time to get rid of things. We have been cleaning, organizing, consolidating. We have made multiple trips to goodwill to make donations. I am selling things on ebay and at bookman's. Maybe I should try the AGORA out. Feels good to get lighter.

I have another House AI Task Force meeting tomorrow morning at 9 am over Deepfakes with people from Reliable AI, the Center for Democracy and Technology, and Meta's Content Policy Director briefing Members.

After that I am packing up to head back home to Texas!

No I work on the House Bipartisanship AI Task Force. Meta is coming in to talk to us about deepfakes, what they are running into, how they are dealing with it, what Congress could do to help, etc

Ah. I see. Meta was useless before AI came in when dealing with harassment. I lost a business and a home because of their lack of enforcing anti-hatred type of content--which is ironic considering their policies now.

Since AI can act as an amplifier and since they suck at enforcing anything, I don't see how they hope to put the toothpaste back in the tube on this one.
