What happens if a person sets up a company that provides services and that its customers pay monthly and this payment, before reaching the employees, is for investments in assets such as BITCOIN and MEMECOINS with the aim of increasing the value and withdrawing the profit to pay the employees and leaving another part accumulating and generating an increasingly larger amount of crypto, would this idea work in the end or is it just crazy?
Why take on that needless complexity that takes away time, resources and adds more headaches and takes away from your core business that generates said revenue?
Why not just pay people what they owend and let them decide what to do with their purchasing power?
If they want to buy Bitcoin, if they want to speculate on shitcoins let them do it on an individual basis, if they just want to allocate to different markets theres no shortage of financial services and ETFs to do dumb money dumping into a host of markets

You could pay the employees directly with Bitcoin if they agree

Sounds a lot like what FTX did. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am not sure I understand your idea: how exactly do you want to generate a profit?
