That's why he's the guy I want. We have two decent QB's already, so the strategy should be swinging for upside. Also, it's not the end of the world if he misses some time with injury, because we've got such good backups.

Not yet. I want to see what Aidan's got after getting a real offseason to learn a real offense.
No doubt, I'll be excited to see what Minshew's got, though. I've already heard people comparing him to Ken Stabler and Rich Gannon, so Minshew Mania is definitely in full swing in some parts of Raider Nation.
