Up there with The Wire and The Sopranos as one of the great HBO shows, and like those, starts things off with a banger of a song.
I liked it, but it's one of those I think of that are great for one or two seasons until the writers try to figure out a way to draw in a larger audience by creating uninteresting trite love interests and by excessively extending previously outlined conflicts.
