Below are two stacker.news suggestions. They would be 'issues' on the github I think (I am learning, I am retart). But first I want to make sure they are as not dumb, if even good, if possible. Will you help me? Are these good ideas? Do they make you think of any other good ideas? What could make them better?

Hover over title of article and see a summary of contents within

When in any list/filter view, such as home page, hot, recent, top, or search results - I would like to be able to hover over the title of the post to see the first 50-100 characters of the post in a tooltip. The downside is people might not click inside as often. The upside is that people don't have to click inside to find out it's clickbait! And also, it's really nice to see what the poster meant by a vague or ambiguous title. Or to see if it's just a bot sharing a link to somewhere off site with no context. For me, I decide 'didn't tell me enough with the title, moving on' often enough that I might click inside more often with this feature.

Right click - open in new tab from notifications

When I'm viewing my notifications, it seems like it is the only place on the site where I can't right click and open a new tab with each link. I'd like to be able to do that so that I don't lose my place. Maybe I'm missing a better way to do that.

If you are not a dum, like I am, are these the kind of things that make good GitHub issues?
THONK
So looking at notifications (I'm on a Mac running Chrome), I can right-click and open a new tab when I click on the title of the post, but not when I click on the header (the "new post in" or "your post stacked" part). In the case of comments, I can right-click on the title, but not the comment itself (where, admittedly, I'm more likely to click at first). So it does seem that all posts can be opened in new tabs from notifications, just not from all points. Not sure if this was the case before the recent update.
