The political caste is completely incapable of reform.
In my opinion, there are still potentials:
The potential performance of new parties like BSW and individuals like for e.g. Dr. Krall in the future
The discrediting of existing parties among the population and how this might prompt change.
The political elite spans from local to federal levels, with lower levels sometimes influencing higher tiers and acting differently in response to various pressures.
