I would argue you are victim of Russian propaganda, you just don't realize it.
I am media agency owner and freelancer in the sector for more than 25 years. I am part of the propaganda machine. Of course each side is bombarding the people to maintain the money flow. You should study the propaganda wars in the cold war to understand the dynamics.

My views on Russia haven't changed much since childhood when I was living under Russian occupaton in Soviet Union, was really hard to get your hands on Western propaganda, due to hard censorship.

Yes, it should be their choice. But not now, of course, after war ends. It's problematic to become NATO member when you have unsolved broder disputes (although Estonia and Russia don't have fully ratified border agreement till today).

I opposed NATO expansion in 1997!
