It only happened that one time. 

I've made polls without the error several times since. 

Didn't wait more than an hour to finish it. 

Possible I started and came back later, although tbh I don't quite remember.

- Could it be that you waited more than an hour to finish the post?
- Could it be that you started the post and came back to it at a later time where certain fields were already prepopulated from your first visit?
- Are you in the same time or different timezone as Austin (don't doxx yourself for this one, it's the most unlikely reason for me at this point).
