Evicting a long term tenant to convert to de facto hotels is unjust. Provide financial compensation for eviction. Find them a new place. Or do both. Especially for senior citizens. Have some compassion for elders. Why screw people if they are good tenants.

In California it’s very difficult , almost impossible to evict tenants who don’t pay rent. The process takes at least 6 months. Landlord gets screwed.
