Has anyone tried it already?
Any feedbacks will be more than welcome.

I'm not a fan of the concept, but I understand it will happen no matter what and at least this is not as heavy on chain. In terms of UX - It's not clear ahead of time how many sats you need to create a shitcoin or even that you have to fund the wallet first to actually create the shitcoin. Also it's not clear how and when was the seed generated for my wallet, how to back it up, is it still there when I refresh, etc. (I know that you stick some version of seed into localstorage, but the security overall feels quite wonky)

It seems a lot needs to be clarified...

Its a nice idea, but I would 2nd what nout said. Recommendations:
  1. First make sure that user understands they need to onboard BTC before "minting" (ie. Mint button should be disabled if no available funds).
  2. Provide some way for users to backup / restore their seed phrase
  3. Until the wallet can send / receive these assets, whats the point? I mean I can create some assets but they must just stay in my wallet?
