If Value Added Tax is included, it's refundable if you are buying a consumer good for yourself, eg washmachine
Gotta ask for a company bill when paying and put your data and TIN
Then mail the tax service, in accordance with Art 6 Par 1 of the Value Added Tax Act they will refund it
But that TIN it means a "taxable person/corporation".
VAT is such a sneaky bastard, somebody at the end of the line will pay it anyway.
