As somebody who has a concentration of blood in my coffee system of about 4%, I love this post.
I intend to start experimenting with adding fats to my coffee when I get around to it.
I do have a very extreme trend towards excess, though, with anything, so occasionally when my intake builds up I have to take a week or two off, and with it comes pretty bad withdrawals.
I don't drink, don't smoke, so allow myself this one vice as it's relatively harmless compared to the others!
