I’m still eager to test drive with my existing mining account. I think I asked before and you said it was only meant for newbs. Maybe one day you’ll change your mind! I’d still like to see how your service works despite already having mining experience

I meant the “test drive” promotional rate of 88 TH/s for 3 hours for 500 sats. I think you’re right that the normal auctions work with existing accounts. But the promotional rates setup a new mining account for you

Correct, the 500 sat test drive is a promo

The "88 TH/s for 3 hours" test drive earns around ~2,000 sats from any FPPS pool, and so gating it with the ready-made mining pool account allows us to intro new folks to mining w/o too much of a loss.
