I've heard of this Richard Thompson guy. But I've never actually checked out his stuff.
Alison sounds great, really lovely soft sound. Gorgeous voice.

Actually he did a version of this song with Bonnie Raitt. If I'm remembering correctly, he might have done a whole album with her. Or maybe I'm talking rubbish and the brains cells dimming haha

I think maybe I just had a Bonnie Raitt album and a Richard Thompson album around the same time. I'm going back to Britannia Music club days here. They sent you tapes in the post and if you liked them you kept them, if not you just returned them. Hehe those were the days.
