There are currently 49 territories. I expect that to whittle down to 10-15 by end of 2024.
I would rather predict how many territories will be around than which one's will fall off.
I will say 12 territories by end of 2024.

I am happy to admit I was completely wrong. The commitment and resiliency of territory owners has been impressive.
