learned a new trick in Zeus last night - speed up transactions.
I was closing some channels yesterday, and something interesting I noticed: even though you set the fee instead of auto, it will still use another fee other than the one you set. 🤔 quite strange, like when I set it to 13 sats, but the TX was showing 9 sats, how on earth will this fee get confirmed anytime soon? And no option in Thunderhub to pump it...
But then you can speed it up in Zeus, just copy the TX and click speedup, done! 🥁

I just managed to find 160k missing sats back in an old Blixt node with the help of @DarthCoin 🤓 ⚒️ ( due to my recklessness and inexperience in the early time they went "missing" )
And wow so much fun with all the detective work, from all the way figuring out the Aezeed and Tarpoot addresses, and the most tricky part is because not many wallets supported them - you think you might lose the sats, but they are still THERE just most wallets can't read it.

I deserved it. I was wearing really cheap old crocs! I was carrying a heavy box of debris and one of the crocs slipped off. Everything went flying. If anyone had seen it they would have enjoyed the show.

I've been an engineer for ~17 years, so I've picked up a few in my time! At the moment I'm mostly focussed on Golang, Rust, JS/TS and Python (for ML).

Mhh, that is probably not intended behaviour. It should show up there but it probably doesn’t since it’s such a special item (has no territory).
I think it's got something to do with the Pin mechanics. Nothing I've pinned shows up in recent only in Hot.
(A recent post still shows, but without the pin icon next to it)
There was some pin code change yesterday, right?
We fixed items pinned in territories not showing up in home (without the pin icon).
Mayhaps, I don't see the saloon in my territory feed like I used to. It's only in the home feed.
That’s expected behaviour.
We plan that every territory can have their own saloon if the founder wants so.
And the current way of showing the global saloon in every territory was confusing to some founders.
I was looking for it there! Thought it was just me…
