What is the best-practice, standard way to rebalance CLN nodes?

I'm trying to figure out the best-practice way to rebalance channels. Is sending an invoice to yourself over a custom route using this method a viable option?

I checked the plugins repo as well and rebalance and jitrebalance are archived.

What is your gigachad rebalancing solution?

I will said that no re-balance is the best solution for the network :), manage min/max htlc is better.

Yeah, I actually have no problem with that. The reason I'm asking is that one of my channels apparently incentivized balancing by charging higher fees when the split is over 90/10. As such, it routes no traffic and my sats are apparently stuck until I rebalance it (and presumably pay the high fee out to it to do so). I might be misunderstanding, but that's my best guess.

I'm starting to consider clboss, but I would rather figure it out myself, to learn and to have options. Maybe I'll eventually write a plugin.

Apparently what I have in mind is "circular payments", which is a viable option for my use case, but carries some questionable side effects for the liquidity spread on the network if everyone were to rely on it at scale. Will post back here as I learn more.
