the rest is seed oils?

This is definitely not going to replace anything in my diet. Not the 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp of MCT oil I drink every day with my smoothy :)

I only get detailed once or twice a year with a mega spreadsheet. The rest of the time, I settle into a basic pattern and then review when i feel like I need it.
