Requesting for comments about a good catchy phrase for this new streak again.

@jgbtc, do you have a good idea again?

reply

I'm trying to think of some way to refer to proof of work, since I think a good musician is possibly the best example of this outside of Bitcoin. But nothing is coming to mind.

‘I’m learning to play by ear… but I’m starting with my hands challenge.’

Good luck regardless of the name!

Oh, is that a music instrument?

but didn't bring it with me for the winter

When is winter over for you?

like saloon daily background music!

As mentioned, I we might be three steps ahead of everyone, lol

could we choose for @ekzyis what to play

Not sure about that though but you can try :)

I'm really not that good that I could play anything; learning just this part of a few seconds took me multiple days of daily practice of let's say 30min

Hey! I'm new to stacker.news, check out my first article!

The art of saying nothing is a skill that takes practice. But with a little effort, you can learn to be more selective about what you say and more effective in your communication.

I suck at this one as my wife points out. I’ll report back next week!

reply

It’s hard! I’m working on this, though

I've been training for years, but I still haven't mastered it

Fountain probably doesn't register ownership of certain URL patterns on whatever device you're using

Avoid costly speeding fines by driving a car with sirens and lights. They will assume you are one of their own and leave you alone… possibly sharing their donuts. You are welcome.

reply

Misunderstood instructions. Borrowed a car with sirens and lights from a ride-sharing location with lots of choices, and the guys with the guns were not happy about it.

reply

I once stole the wheels off a police car… they couldn’t catch me despite working tirelessly…

reply

Hard-won wisdom, sounds like.

Also, cop taste on donuts is remarkably bad, in my experience.

reply

Stale and fatty you say? And the donuts are terrible as well.

reply

This is such a polarizing question... what is your preferred donut style, and brand?

reply

Plain…. sugar sprinkles. Lol

After I published my first book on this thread (#401625), I edited it further, uploaded on the e-learning content management site in my country, AND wrote a FB post directing fellow teachers’ attention to my book.

Suddenly, I have a dream. To publish the short story I wrote for my son as an e-book. Big plan, baby steps!

That was probably one of my comments and how I have one of my Pi's set up.

That config above would not cause slowness, hanging or crashing... it would work or not work depending on how your directories are mounted.

What did your logs say? Logs will tell you a lot if you dig in.

BTW, I'm hanging onto my hat, today is Day 3.
