Impressive. I thought France was worse than Germany in this regard. Do you know why the number of asylum applications are so high in Germany? Or is it just a preconception I had? In my view, cost of labor in France was higher than in Germany because of social "benefits", so I can't explain to myself why the difference just by social "security".

I think most Germans are too afraid to say anything against immigration even if it's potentially illegal immigration since we triggered two world wars already and one was the direct cause of a National Socialism party rising to power. Hence, it's pretty easy to make us feel guilty (again) for past mistakes when we openly oppose immigration.
We can't even talk about being proud of our country anymore. That triggers too many people, lol
France on the other hand has a "riot culture". I like it because they are willing to fight for their rights. Even though I have to admit, the most French people I met are too proud of their country. They are so proud, they don't even really learn English. They expect that you talk their language as a tourist. There are exceptions of course. But that's my experience. And sometimes, this experience can also be very funny. [0]
[0] When I was in France with friends, we went into a store but didn't know how to say what we want. A very friendly customer tried to help us since he realized we can't talk much French and the lady in the store didn't understand English. He also didn't understand English but still wanted to help. We tried to tell him that we don't know what we want yet and we need to discuss. He thought for a few seconds. We thought he understood us. But then, he suddenly pointed at a potato and said: "Pomme de terre?". We still laugh about this incident. He was very friendly though.

I see, thank you. Although I may be biased, for the communication issue in English I think it is a problem of education, maybe also mixed with anti-American propaganda inherited from De Gaulle.

The open boarder policy approach in Europe and the US points at Davos imo....

Sorry, I don't live in Europe anymore so I don't know the specifics and I didn't get what you mean by the US points at Davos. At least until the time I was in Europe, there was anti-American propaganda, although in some cases it was justified in my opinion (e.g.: I was against the war in Irak and I had some doubts about the demolition of the World Trade Center). After the war in Irak, it was fear propaganda against the US or China to create an enemy and justify the existence of the European Union. Maybe it changed since then, I don't know.

Davos is the chiffre for the global policy attack by the WEF crowd that includes, open boarders, the climate narrative or CBDCs to give You three examples.
