Unfortunately the next coming days due to travelling around im going to struggle to get anything meaningful in. So I'll likely switch to a recovery focused mindset for a couple days. Yoga, ice baths, meditation that sorta stuff. I've got some travel bands I can do something's with, but it's not the same.
Bagged my weekly consecutive half marathon number 14 today. Had 30mph headwinds with 50mph gusts as today’s challenge. I do out and backs, so the first 1/3 was a lovely slog until I turned up a sheltered trail. It never seems to give as much of a boost when the wind is behind you on the way back 😂
