it s been today 47 days that i m meditating in a row.
The mediation i m practising is a mix of a mantra, of the Aum sound and a meditation in between the eyes. i ve to follow this practise for 96 days, that i will be willing to practise another type of meditation (using yoga, aum sound, breathe...)
it s been a while i was not consistent ( more than a year ). :)
Good for you. This is a life-changing experience. I've been practicing zen meditation for 15 years now. It's not an easy meditation technique but it surely is very revealing.

I heard about it... are you practising also yoga / taichi / martial art... ?
this is my next time step practise one of those yoga / taichi / martial art.....

I practiced some karate when I was young, which is very close to the zen tradition. Also did some tai chi and yoga but I didn't go too deep. I think it is good to try several paths until you find something you fully resonate with. Once you find it, stick to it and go all in. This how you can make it worthwhile.
