it s been today 47 days that i m meditating in a row.

The mediation i m practising is a mix of a mantra, of the Aum sound and a meditation in between the eyes. i ve to follow this practise for 96 days, that i will be willing to practise another type of meditation (using yoga, aum sound, breathe...)

I went to the tomb of Ertuğrul Gazi in Söğüt, the father of Osman Ghazi - who founded the Ottoman Empire, which almost lasted for 700 years; it's a bit wild to be in the place where the whole Empire started, it's almost in the middle of nowhere.

side note: Osman translated to Ottoman in English, I think the Osman Empire could be better; and if we see the government as a company, then the Empires were family-run businesses based on conquests; it's so interesting to learn how things used to be and compare them with how things work now.
