Ask all carnivores. One of the original reasons I started with keto many years ago was for GI improvement and carnivore improved it even more. Looking back, fiber gave me so many more issues over the years. I know this because I tried every other diet before going to keto/carnivore and I couldn't understand why I was eating all the fiber I was, but depending on the type, I'd either get the shits or get stopped up more.
