I'm expecting a Lakers win. LeBron is reportedly in full playoff mode and physically he looks extraordinary. Obviously, I've also got LeBron for MVP.
Haliburton's been so great, though, that I won't be even a little surprised if the Pacers win it.
I think Lakers will win it and Lebron will be MPV.
I will be the contrarian and take the Pacers and to further my contrarianism give me Hield as MVP. Lakers zero in on Haliburton and he has a monster assist game while Hield goes off for 30 plus.
That’s definitely a contrarian take! I loved Buddy buckets in college and he’s definitely capable of a big game.
Seems like everyone’s expecting a Halibuton Lebron duel but maybe this is just an Anthony Davis dominates on both ends game.
That Pacers back court is so fun.
Would it change your mind to know that MVP is for the entire tournament? That might be a heavy lift for Hield.
Haha yes it would. I thought it was for the game like the all star game.
Hey @grayruby want to do a side bet on this game? 10k sats, I win if Lakers win and you win if Pacers win. Just on the game, doesn't matter who is MVP.
No thanks I just wanted to be a contrarian and I didn't even know MVP was for the tournament not for just the championship game. Haha.
I was just trying to add some skin in the game to make it more enjoyable. I'm still stuck at work and can't watch it anyways. Going to finish soon. Hopefully can still catch the end of it when I get home. Cheers and enjoy the game!
Maybe next time. I already have about 10k sats bet on nfl games tomorrow and I want to recoup some sats from the territory fee before I start losing bets.
You keep a share of the zaps, right? So, those side bets might be you're path to fortune.
Yes I would get half of the fee revenue but I don't think losing a bunch of side bets to get some sats back is a great strategy for me. Good for me if I am not the one betting though.
