You may notice that the button appears, but on that view it doesn't appear to be actually hiding any content. It's just rendering on-top of the final 2 lines of content. If that message was longer in length, the button would still be covering the bottom 2 lines, rather than the nth line (the cut-off). At least that has been my experience.
