What kind of detail are you looking for beyond what they state in the opening paragraph and the methodology statement before the sources?
Unchained surveyed over 400 investors across the US to learn about their current bitcoin positions and outlook for the asset. To qualify, respondents had to be between the ages of 18 and 78 years old and have at least one investment account.
This is enough to drive a truck through. Among the most important things you'd want to know are how they found these people. Did they do a Mechanical Turk solicitation? Did they talk to their clients? Did they contact a list they bought someplace?
The second thing I'd like is a distribution of those ages and other demographic info. It means a quite different thing if these answers come from 90% people under 30, vs a normal distribution w/ mean at 55.

I guess I assume they matched the age distribution since they had a stated goal of sampling the investor population as they defined.

It would be good not to have to assume.
The point of running a survey like this is to make inferences about the world. Giving basic details about your population, and the methodology you used to select them, is a fundamental part of this. See any social science journal article.
I love Unchained and think Dhruv is a vastly under-rated genius in the btc ecosystem, but this is disappointing.
