was able to reproduce on desktop by pressing backspace and space really fast - faster than the dropdown appears. then it's stuck

i think i know what you mean

sometimes, when typing on mobile, the dropdown shows up but then you continue typing but it doesn't disappear after a space.

and sometimes, when you select a user, the user is put at the front instead of where the cursor is

I appreciate the call out! But k00b does a lot of the development. Checkout the commit log, he’s a busy guy!
