It would be ideal to have a day off in between but we can cross that bridge when we get into trouble. Perhaps push ups one day and sit ups or squats the other?
(And whilst I am a qualified trainer and therapist I am not your therapist. Always consult your physician before undertaking physical activity etc etc)
