Tbh, I don't get what this bot should do. Cross-post questions and answers to SN? But then the zaps would go to the bot.
Or do you mean something similar like the original idea of @hn with an option to pay out the sats to the corresponding users on StackExchange after some proof?

yes, sats should go to the contributors. I don't know exactly how this could be done, but I would love to see a btc stack Q&A on SN, with all those good experienced people answering.
