I say if you can take a nap during the day then take one, there are people that don't get the opportunity, so take a nap on there behalf as well.

I find myself taking a nap during the day on Sundays whether I want to or not lol.

Since I don't have normal work hours, I usually fall asleep in the afternoon for a half hour. I normally have trouble sleeping more than five hours a night, but lately it's been more like six

I'm late today because there were a lot of interesting posts to catch up on. Usually this place is dead during my sleeping hours. Good stuff from Africa, and @DarthCoin inspiring everyone. Maybe I should take a nap during the day.
