1. How I can receive a cowboy hat? I received one some days ago (idk why), but next day I lose it (idk why). What it mens this hat?
2. What it means a downzap (flagging)?
3. Where I can read a detalied rules about the SN functionning? I'm new here and I checked FAQ, but doesnt find any info for my questions.
