Age is just a number….. and sometimes it is a very large one!

A few squats if you can would be good. Maybe at a halfway point on the dog walk? Do them over a bench or log etc if you are worried about going too far down (it’s a sit-down, stand up, sit-down repeated). Just don’t actually sit lol.

I uses to do squats with free weights back in the day. Loved the feeling when the workout was done. Now, just a regular squat is a challenge

Yeah - I struggle with the changes that come with age, especially since mind thinks I am still 18 and stupid.

Body weight squats this week and we can do Olympic lifts next week…. maybe.
