Not very familiar with Murcia, all other i have been plenty of times.. If you move to PT you wont find many differences...

Estaba de flaco en españa :D la calidad de comida es mejor ahi la echo de menos. Estoy en el proceso de cultivar un bosque de alimento. Quiero cultivar toda la comida q necesistamos dentro de 10 años.

Suena bien,
Tiene en cuenta que uno de los alimentos que te cubren los 9 aminoacidos essenciales es la semilla de cañamo.. Ponlo en tu lista :)
