A friend sent a group text in early September 2017: “If you guys have the means, go to coinbase.com and buy a few thousand dollars spread evenly between bitcoin, lightcoin, and ethereum.”

I did and it was awesome. Sold it all though well after the peak. After two years of podcasts and even teaching locally about Bitcoin and trying to start a BATM business, bought back in with just BTC in March 2020. Now I’ve OPed all my friends and family.
