No one in the U.S. can drive a manual transmission anymore. My wife and I are the exception. Parking attendants make me park my old Toyota myself.
I miss driving a stick transmission...much more control of the vehicle. One time I had to drive a "3-in-the-tree" (three gears with gearshift on the steering column). Talk about an odd feeling and grinding those gears!

My first car was a double de-clutch manual transmission. That would blow peoples mind these days!
