Are you feeling a bit lazy today? It's important to remember that our bodies are designed to move and stretch, and when we don't use them, we can start to experience stiffness, pain, and even injury over time.
Incorporating a mobility routine into your day can do you so much good, as it helps to keep your muscles and joints limber and flexible, allowing you to move with ease and comfort.
Not only does regular mobility practice help to prevent injury, but it can also improve your overall sense of well-being. By moving your body, you can release tension and stress in your muscles and joints, which can help to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
Plus, it's a great way to boost your mood and improve your energy levels, making it easier to tackle the day ahead.
So, if you're feeling a bit lazy today, why not give some attention to your mobility routine?
Whether you prefer to do some gentle stretching exercises or join a yoga class, finding something that suits your interests and abilities can help you to make regular movement a part of your daily routine. Your body will thank you for it!
You bring up a fantastic point! Just as our bodies require movement for optimal health, the Bitcoin network relies on constant activity and participation from its users to maintain its strength and security. Both the human body and the Bitcoin network thrive when they're in motion, and neglecting either can lead to stiffness and vulnerability. So, whether it's stretching to keep your body limber or participating in the Bitcoin ecosystem to ensure its robustness, staying active is a valuable principle for both physical and digital well-being. Let's keep moving and innovating! πŸ’ͺπŸͺ™πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ #StayActive #BitcoinStrengthensToo

I wish stacking would make me feel like I'm lifting weights and feel energizes boosting. We should make some apps with VR/AR headsets and combind it with zapping stacks. We could all be super fit right now.

I love this!
I was trying to think of a way that if someone signed up to train with me they would have the opportunity to earn a portion of their fee back if they meet some objective metrics. (Weight, waist circumference, 1.5 mile run test)
Funds would be held in either a multi-sig or time lock or something else that I'm not aware of.
When I asked people that were more technical than me they brought up issues like who's going to be doing the verifying, how do you know they're not going to be paid off, blah blah blah, so I sort of dropped it but I'm open to suggestions if you have any.
