I interpreted the question as "learning how bitcoin works" so I'll say that as a programmer, this guide:
Is the most in depth and explanatory guide of a system I've seen in many years. It goes from the most basic of basics (what is an addresss?), through transactions, multisigs, and all the way to and including Lightning, and as you are doing what you're reading (sending TXs, writing Script) you get a lot out of it.

Oldie but goodie.

If I could only recommend one person from now on I would have to go with BTC Sessions. He puts out a good mix of bitcoin content: tutorials, news, discussions. Very high signal.

For guides and reviews, Athena Alpha it's outstanding.

Thank you! 😁😋
Other great sources we've seen are
  • bitcoiner.guide (great for privacy and security)
  • River financial (huge catalogue and very accurate)
  • Investopedia (bit more mainstream but still quite solid)
  • Dergigi (amazing writing and insightful)
What many Bitcoin centric sources do NOT include though is proper, time tested investment practises. This is something that we're trying to address, but for many that are new to investing (regardless of young or old) it results in them making big, obviously bad mistakes because of this knowledge gap and getting rekt.
While Bitcoin is savings (not investing) it greatly helps to understand basic investment principles before buying it. So reading top rated investment books is also a great idea too 🙂

Bitcoin Magazine — Only media which doesn't give a dam about trading and price, but focuses on the meaning and benefits of Bitcoin.
Bitcoin.org — Doing a good job for many years, clear and useful educational content.
If all noobs could stick to these two and dig into them on a regular basis, the world would be a better place already.
