Understanding Longevity - 100s are now reachable

Nowadays, our longevity is reaching the 100s, assumptions are made that the current adults in their mid 30s may easily reach the 100 years old mark (in some countries of the world, as Spain, Italy and Japan among other few), the question is, in what conditions?
Getting to that age with no decent health, life purpose or sufficient financial resources have to be quite difficult. Preparing for it is Paramount...

I tell my kids they should expect to live until 120 and plan accordingly health and wealth wise.

Longevity is achieved with a good life, good food, exercise, stay healthy and... NEVER TRUST THE GOV, MEDICS AND PHARMA. Use ALL NATURAL.
I have 50+ years but in the last 30 years never saw me a medic and will never see me. And I am healthy as a 30 years old and strong. FUCK'EM'ALL. They are all liars and their soul is property of big pharma. None of them wants you to be cured!
I will live 120 years. Mark my words. I lived 4 Bitcoin halvings, so I will see many other halvings.

Well im in South Africa where the average life span is 65, so if I retire at 55 I get a good 10 years to try and make it since I might be able to survive the compounding inflaiton the others wont

Check your family elders first, you may have a way longer life expectancy, those statistics are useful in general however they are called life expectancy at birth for a reason. Many countries with vast rural areas have a high percentage of infants dying at birth or before they reach puberty.

Life expectation figures are usually life expectancy from birth. I'm sure life expectancy for a 55 year old is much higher than 65, even in South Africa.
