Now that Ordinals is used for NFT etc, Is it possible to implement blockchain domains in Bitcoin Network
If so any chance we can have .btc domains
You could but this kind of alternate naming system will likely fail for the same reason namecoin, .ETH, and others never took off. You can setup your own DNS server with an adding but nobody else is going to use it.

that might be the case, but until we use ips and domain names as identifiers we will never have a fully decentralized network

I don't mean this to stop anyone, they should just know the challenges. This podcast has some interesting takes on decentralizing Nostr https://fountain.fm/episode/Bl5zcvDXKyUgyUYdAori and reminds me of CJDNS (https://github.com/cjdelisle/cjdns/) which is an alternative to IP-based networking. Maybe blockchain as registry plus such an IP alternative can get us to the promised land.
