mempool.space has been the best block explorer for years now, and their fee estimates to get into the next block mined have never failed me. I always check with them first and set my fee according to their suggestion on what's required to get into the next block.

However, I avoid on chain bitcoin at all costs for numerous reasons but that's a convo for another day.
