The obvious answer would be to buy and accumulate as much as you can. I can't envision this happening short of nuclear armageddon or a combination double spend/ encryption break. The latter is virtually impossible.
I wouldn't believe it and I would be called a conspiracy theorist. I would search for the answer, like, the truth is out there man. Bitcoin isn't really zero man, that's just what the man want's you to think, man.
I would like to know what happened. What fundamentals have changed to cause this.
Then probably go for a motorcycle ride and enjoy the country because if there are serious problems you will be spending a lot of time there... lol
Oh, and keep your guns handy :-) You know, just in case...
Can't go to zero since Adam Back has a long-standing buy order for 21m BTC at 1c .. so I'd be interested in buying some BTC with a 100% premium over Adam's price and shelling out 2c per Bitty.
Check if money is still relevant at all. Are there any currencies or commodities with value? Perhaps the replicator from Star Trek was just airdropped into every home and we're living in a post scarcity world where real estate is infinite in the metaverse, or perhaps there's millions of livable planets now accessible to stake your claim and colonize for humanity. If money isn't relevant anymore then awesome! BTC has succeeded in being so scarce that it made everything else infinite by comparison.
Go for a ride through the marshmallow forest on the back of my talking unicorn… it’s about as likely.
I don’t see it happening given how much support it has and the very real needs. However there are possible reasons; risks associated with quantum computing maybe?
