So if I have no bank accounts but I have access to an electronic means of payment called "Lightning Network", doesn't this law mean that landlords are obliged to accept LN payments now?
We should all pretend like lightning network is a standalone technology, not anything to do with bitcoin. That should keep the government bureaucrats confused for a few legislative sessions.
