Can someone recommend me a mobile (android) lightning wallet that is as idiot-proof as muun when it comes to sending & receiving via lightning (so automatically creating channels or whatever it's happening there under the hood) with no minimum transfer amount nor ridiculous fees but that also supports LNURL-auth (or however it is named the thing that lets me use for login here on stacker news).
I tried muun today and was able to send and receive 100 sats but cannot use it to log in here. So I installed Phoenix which according to this list (https://stacker.news/faq#how-do-i-create-a-stacker-news-account) is supposed to allow logging in here but it has minimum transfer limit in size of thousands of sats :(
I see no one has recommended simple bitcoin wallet I like it and it's lnurl compatible check it out hope this helps

simple bitcoin wallet is discontinued its successor is Open Bitcoin Wallet
I would link to it but it costs 10 sats afaik

Well, that explains why Simple Bitcoin Wallet "install" button on google play store is inactive. The question is, why it's the same for Open Bitcoin Wallet?

i looked at it in the store and u can click the app for details theres an install button does look weird it doesnt have it when u look it up there

Wallet of satoshi is easy to use

Unpopular opinion here but... Wallet of satoshi is NOT easy to use.
- Looks like it was designed in the 1990s
- Icon and font sizes all over the shop
- Hamburger menus have no place in modern apps
- Settings and core functionality are hidden in the menu itself
- Multiple QR codes to receive is confusing
- Not using any common design conventions or 'languages' that people are used to
It's very functional and incorporating latest infrastructure, but it has one of the worst UX designs of all wallets IMHO

That is an interesting take.
You do need to know something about ln and bitcoin to use it of course, but u just have a few buttons to choose from, so not sure what else is there

Wallet of Satoshi is NOT listed here (https://stacker.news/faq#how-do-i-create-a-stacker-news-account). Will it work for stacker.news login?
reply
Try it. I am pretty sure it will.

OK tried, it works. But yeah, as previous commenter said it's not 100% intuitive, there is no dedicated option to use lnurl-auth - you need to simply use "send" button to scan the qr code and then it registers. If nobody told me this wallet supports it I would have not clicked around to find out that button dedicated to sending sats works for registering to sites with lnurl-auth.

Phoenix

As mentioned, I tried Phoenix already. It has minimum payment limit (see https://phoenix.acinq.co/faq#i-just-installed-the-wallet-and-i-cannot-receive-payments and also see fees point).
