I'm studying soundproofing materials in an effort to create a window plug for my bedroom that prevents my neighbor's AirBnB guests from waking me up at all hours of the night.
It looks like MDF + mineral wool insulation is the way to go.
good luck. our neighbors had chickens for a while that were driving us crazy as they always woke up so early.
