A person who is deeply entrenched in the matrix shows a video, or reads a tweet, from a politician that has enraged them. They go off on a tangent about how dangerous a political party has become (the usual stuff we hear from those that "follow" politics).
What are you saying to this person? Pretend they will actually listen to you for more than 3 seconds without interrupting.

This is where my mind has been the past week or so and ultimately why I decided on returning to SN to contribute. The Universe has blessed me with Bitcoin and the matrix breaking truth it showed me, and that has then led me to literally reconnecting to the Universe / Earth by simply physically touching Earth which then has led me to receiving the energy to truly grow, and now I'm here asking the exact question, "What can I do for the Universe?"
As this is how the Universe's energy is meant to flow. Receive > transform > give back
In terms of information, I personally limit my day to day amount of consumption because I've realized I'm more interested in the truth and the Universe's knowledge instead of consuming the novel or stimulating. I'm a year into regularly connecting to Earth and it's abundance through grounding, and what I've learned from that year has been infinitely more abundant and meaningful than all the information, acadamia, and education I've received in the entirety of my life.
