Has anyone seen new bitcoin accepting merchants show up in their area on the merchant map inside Cash App? I assume the map will soon look like a map of any business with a square terminal?
You can't force people to use/keep bitcoin. But having this option at least provides an answer to the "can't buy nothing with bitcoin" position.
I hope over time more merchants will want to keep btc once they realize (late, as do most people) that they'd have done much better keeping their stash in btc rather than autoconverting to fiat.

Unified qr code? As in i just say 'id like to pay with my phone please'? So could be cashapp, couldbe lightning
Will have to try this. Before this merchants had to enable it manually...
