I made this by copying the markdown table into TextEdit in plaintext mode first, then copied it from there into SN's write mode.

Does IOS have a plain text editor?

I think that whatever comes out by searching ā€œplain text editorā€ on App Store is enough.

iOS doesnā€™t ship a plain text editor afaik, you donā€™t know how many times I struggled with basic things like copying the bankā€™s IBAN or other stuff. I just copy from Notes to a textbox in Messages, and copy again from that textbox to get the plain text version.
