it was just an example - a poor one and you're right. But what I mean is that the willingness for people to be the paying party, especially when you shift it down, can become painful if there is any alternative that may provide similar perceived benefits, without the cost.

As with any entrepreneurial venture, you have to make what you’re offering worth paying for.
