Bitcoiners, if I lost all my mobility and had to start from zero
These are the only positions I’d focus on
First, Cossack squats
Most people only train forward and backward
This builds lateral strength where you’re usually the weakest
Second, a deep squat
This exposes tight ankles, hips, and imbalances fast
If you can’t sit comfortably here, you’ve got work to do
Third, 90/90 hip transitions
Don’t force the stretch
Own the position and build strength in your hips
And lastly, a dead hang
Full shoulder range of motion and decompression for your spine
